The Son Et Lumiere, held on Tuesday 28th June 2005 in the evening, recreated the battle of Trafalgar. This was a truly magical event that consisted of 17 tall ships and a multi million pound firework display. The event also consisted of lights and a commentary. All of this combined to create a truly magical theatrical display with the Solent as its backdrop, truly a once in a lifetime experience.
