The site has been made more bandwidth friendly by making most images are not larger than 30K. I have corrected the problem with the cgi scripts which was due to moving to a new web server that did not know how to handle cgis. This included the search page, comments pages and random image page . I have corrected some of the problems with the CGI scripts. This has been done by finding other means to implement these facilities other than CGIs. These include the search page and comments pages.
